Dancer’s Time is designated to dancers for working on their dances, turns, leaps, tumbling and timing. They’re welcome to bring their music to run through things as a whole or in parts.
Open Gym is open tumbling to everyone.
Parent & Tot Class
Parent and Tot class is for parents to bring their toddler and do class with them as they climb, bounce and tumble on the obstacle courses and equipment set up.
Beginner Tumbling is basics. Bridges, handstands, forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, etc.
Intermediate Tumbling is roundoffs, front/back limbers/walkovers, back handsprings, roundoff back handsprings, etc.
Advanced Tumbling is roundoff back handspring tucks, layouts, running/standing fulls, inodies, presses, tinsicas, etc.
FIT Kids class
FIT Kids class is an exercise program geared towards children that help them learn the importance of a healthy exercise regimen and helps get them ready for playing sports. This is offered in both preschool (3 1/2 – 5) and school age (6-12) classes.
Little Ninja Warrior class
Little Ninja Warrior class incorporates tumbling into physical fitness activities. Kids can tumble on trampolines, an AirTrack and other obstacles while doing agility ladders, hurdles and climbing on a rock wall. This is offered in both preschool (3 1/2 – 5) and school age (6-12) classes.
“Low Sensory” Play for those kids with Autism, Sensory needs, and other special needs that require a lower adult to children ratio and no music, etc. Limiting it at 8 kids and see how it goes.
